# Our Policies The policies covered in this handbook apply to all members, volunteers, project-users and staff of The Bristol Bike Project. Their aim is to help us: * reduce and manage risk in our organisation * comply with legislation * operate effectively and smoothly * keep improving our organisation * work to best practice and to create a level playing field for all * look after our project-users, volunteers and staff These policies have been reviewed and agreed upon by BBP membership, and we expect all those involved in BBP to adhere to the policies.
